I see how the topic of this post might have somewhat of a double meaning. But what I am referring to is the event Taste of Amsterdam, which is about to begin in less that 48 hours.
My participation in the event will start in roughly 28 hours from now. I will be joining a cooking workshop tomorrow evening, courtesy of Yelp! Amsterdam.
Chef Juan Robledo will be showcasing his expert cooking skills and making the signature dish of restaurant Bluespoon, in the AEG Makro Taste Theater.
I will be reporting on my experience during the evening, as well as on Friday afternoon.
